We are seeking an experienced legal secretaries to join our busy Litigation group in our Buffalo office.This individual is responsible for providing quality administrative and secretarial support in a timely manner following firm policies and procedures.
This requires significant interface with attorneys, paralegals and other legal and administrative staff to service clients. Incumbents are required to demonstrate an extraordinary level of attention to detail, listening and organizational skills. Candidates with familiarity working with litigation documents and procedures may be well-suited for this position.Our ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in business administration or a related field and brings at least three years' experience in a secretary/administrative role within the professional services sector.
Knowledge of the legal sector is desired and professional customer service skills are essential to meet the needs of an external and internal client base.
This is a hands-on role, suitable for a team member who thrives on challenge, excels at organization, time management and is detail orientated.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $49,200 to $60,450.
Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
