    In turn, Nursa's marketplace platform technology empowers healthcare facilities to bring in the talent they need without spending time and resources on traditional nursing recruitment processes.

    By connecting healthcare clinicians and healthcare facilities to fill per diem and on-call shifts, the Nursa marketplace increases access and transparency to the $17 billion temporary clinician staffing industry.

    Role overview:

    The Central Operations team sits at the heart of Nursa's multifaceted, regionally dispersed Operations organization - creating centralized analytical frameworks and resources, building and running operational processes and playbooks that unlock scale, and spearheading strategic planning initiatives on behalf of Nursa at large.

    This newly created role (Central Operations Specialist) will play a key role in bringing Nursa's marketplace reliability to new heights.

    There will be no task too small for these individuals, and they will be asked to dive into details, be hands-on in working with facility and clinician partners to boost marketplace matching.

    All the while, success in this role will involve "seeing the forest and the trees":

    executing operational processes that literally get shifts on our platform filled by a clinician, but also continuously improving existing processes and playbooks to ensure that we grow increasingly more operationally efficient.

    Responsibilities:


    Optimize marketplace reliability and throughput for high priority customers across the US to ensure seamless experiences for facilities and clinicians on the Nursa platform.

    Implement tactics and strategies to help reduce shift cancellations and enhance platform behavior.
    Employ analytical insights to optimize shift availability within dedicated regions.
    Engage with clinicians across various communication channels to foster sustainable relationships, build a network of the highest quality clinicians.
    Document scalable strategies and growth initiatives to enhance business expansion.
    Update and refine playbooks tailored to specific market dynamics to drive success.

    Self-motivated and strong team playerExcellent executive communication: oral and written communication skillsAbility to turn ambiguity into defined processes and actionable next stepsIntermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets (required)

    Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in an analytical role in a strategy team or business operationsPrevious marketplace technology experience is preferred, but not requiredWhat you get in return:
