- Product Risk Models and Guidelines: Create, implement and maintain the overall risk management strategy and guidelines for new credit products
- Underwriting Decisioning Model: Work with the internal Analytics team and external partners (as needed) to develop and refine
- Fraud Management: Use internal and external tools to help monitor and maintain
- Complaint And Dispute Management: Track and oversee best in industry practices
- Analytics: Drive product performance through development of analytics packages
- Collaboration: Work with senior management, other company employees, and 3rd parties to ensure smooth product release and ongoing process
- Strong understanding of unsecured credit products, additional product experience (secured products, installment loans, BNPL, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Subprime experience is a strong plus
- People management experience is a plus
- Experience with Snowflake is a plus
- Masters degree in business, math, economics, or a related field. PhD is a plus
- 5-7 years of risk management and model building experience
- Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Occasionally may require light lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
