- Perform all receptionist duties - answer phones, greet guests and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including the coordination of mailings.
- Offer administrative assistance for client service activities, including managing client correspondence, mailings, and providing support with electronic document filing.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and managing files and records effectively.
- Manage inventory and ordering office supplies.
- Implement, maintain, and update all databases in coordination with the main office.
- Maintain on-line filing system.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Data entry of client accounts
- Must have strong or advanced experience in Excel, Outlook, MS Word
- Must have a passion for learning and upbeat, ready to go attitude, professional and friendly.
- Ability to operate all standard office equipment.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills
- Punctuality and reliable attendance during regular business hours
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task, independent thinking or planning skills.

This role will be in a fast-paced environment with team and independent projects or tasks. This will be an on-site work position.

Compensation: $19-$21/hr
