    Description

    Job Opportunity: Construction Quality Assurance Lead Personnel (CQLP)

    • Reports to: Quality Manager
    • General Qualities:
      • Great communication skills with colleagues and clients
      • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
      • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
      • Openness to obtain additional certifications
      • Works well in teams and independently
      • Knowledge of Construction industry codes
      • Technical Responsibilities:
        • Lead to ensure work is compliant and quality is well documented
        • Conduct audits to verify adherence to QA/QC Management Plan
        • Maintain industry standards and facilitate project access
        • Implement project Quality Control orientation program
        • Collaborate with staff on project quality assurance requirements
        • Manage project documents and subcontractors efficiently
        • Submit accurate Quality Assurance project reports
        • Participate in the RFI process effectively
        • Monitor project work for non-compliance issues
        • Requirements:
          • Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
          • Minimum of 10 years experience in major construction
          • ACI field testing certification
          • NICET level IV certification preferred
          • AWS Certified Welding and ICC Certified Bolting desirable
          • Professional Development:
          • Keen on pursuing professional development and training
