    The Sales Manager will oversee the sales of products within their product line, driving sales plans while leading and mentoring sales representatives on various aspects including Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, and Staffing.

    Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual unit and revenue targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies; analyzing industry trends and results to forecast revenue accurately on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
  • Define sales goals by developing strategic plans for annual sales quotas for sales representatives and territories; forecasting sales volume for both existing and new products
  • Create and execute sales programs by formulating sales action plans and corresponding performance metrics
  • Monitor sales volume and pricing by staying updated on supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Fulfill sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees; supervising and evaluating work outcomes
  • Retain national sales staff through recruitment, selection, training, and orientation processes
  • Guide and oversee sales staff's performance through counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations. Offer strategic direction to multiple Account Executives under their supervision.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends by participating in industry events, reviewing professional literature, and building professional networks
  • Contribute to team success by achieving relevant objectives as required
  • Monitor and analyze leads generated from Tele sales
  • Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP sales management
  • Proficient in coaching sales reps on relationship and benefits-focused selling to "C" Level prospects, with a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to articulate software benefits to demonstrate ROI
  • Essential negotiation skills, with the capacity to guide customers from initial contact to closure or issue resolution
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in ERP software
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and scaling outside sales teams
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
