- Responsible for, but not limited to, the sales of new Full Season, Partial Season and Mini Plan packages both individually and for the Membership side of the department.
- Meet and exceed established weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals for Season Tickets
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting goals and monitoring performance through daily or weekly sales team meetings and training sessions with sales reps.
- Establish strong relationships with Season Ticket Holders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent the team at community and sporting events to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Input data and maintain current data within the CRM system to grow established relationships and generate new leads.
- Implement, demonstrate and lead your Account Executive team in outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture, and personal database management.
- Ensure you and your reps provide a superior level of customer service to existing and new business clients. You should underpromise and over-deliver to fulfill the best experience possible in the ballpark leading to high renewal rates.
- Collaborate with management, marketing, and promotions team to create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs as a means of producing new business sales opportunities.
- Create and contribute positively to the sales team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members.
- Provide daily or weekly sales team meetings and training sessions.
- Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to being on-call to pull tarp and set-up Saturday/holiday fireworks and work other events at AutoZone Park as necessary.
- Proven ability to lead a team of Account Executives
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of the department and team.
- A Working knowledge of ticketing systems, PowerPoint, and CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2-4 years of experience in ticket, group, season, suite, or sponsorship sales; sports and entertainment industry experience preferred.
- Looking for a leader who is personable, hardworking, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented to become a valuable member of our sales team.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), decision making, basic computer skills, project management, and inter-personal skills necessary.
- Willing to engrain themselves in the community through networking and relationship building
