- Manage all aspects of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop project plans and ensure alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Mentor and support junior project management staff as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management, with a focus on high-end custom projects and renovations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
