    Description

    Title : Strategy & Operations Analyst

    Duration: 6 Months +

    Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Role)

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive incubation stage of core strategic projects in partnership with this team and core cross-functional collaborators. This role addresses business problems through a long-term lens with consideration of the immediate operational needs.
    • Breakdown complex business activities into simple frameworks. Understand the risks and opportunities and be able to communicate the plans to Senior Management Partner with teams on planning processes such as quarterly and annual planning cycles– collecting and sharing team requests that need to fall into an annual program roadmap for example.
    • Review operational metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and work with the regional teams to set targets and drive KPIs.

    Skills: What You Need to Succeed

    • Biased to action, driving decisions and deliverables with a sense of urgency and accountability.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
    • Gleans insights from data and translates them into actions.
    • Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling and ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way.
    • Fast learner. Flexibility to rapidly assess a problem, evaluate options and drive timely decision-making.
    • Flexibility and understanding for how to operate within a global team.

    Education:

    • Proven experience (10+ years) driving business strategy and operations in heavily matrixed orgs.
    • Experience focusing on Transformation/Strategy/Operations projects.
