- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans.
- Conduct site inspections to assess construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review and approve construction drawings, designs, and materials to ensure they meet project requirements and specifications.
- Review RFI's.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of construction quality and safety.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to construction projects.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in construction technology, materials, and methods, and make recommendations for improvement or innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. or ability to become one quickly.
- 4-6 years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
