As a Product Manager (m/f/d) in the Sales department at ELA Container, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of product requirements in sales.

This position is crucial in ensuring that our modular spaces are tailored to the specific needs and requirements of our customers.

Your responsibilities:

Leading the processes for identifying, defining, and documenting product requirements based on customer needs and market demands
Observing and analyzing market trends and developments to generate innovative product proposals
Developing a clear product strategy and positioning in the sales area to gain competitive advantages and strengthen our market position
Creating training materials to support the sales team
Working closely with product management and industrial engineering to ensure our products meet the highest quality and performance standards
Acting as a liaison between sales and production for smooth information
