Responsibilities:

SCOPE OF TASKS:

Performs installations, modifications, additions, and/or fixes of electrical systems, wires, and related materials and equipment within the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical sector.

Internally:

Reports to the Lead Person/Field Supervisor and liaises with other field staff and support personnel (e.g. Estimating, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and other Corporate services staff).

Externally:

May engage with property owners, their representatives, architects, engineers, trade partners, suppliers, and other individuals involved in project activities.

Will collaborate with assigned field team reporting to them (usually 1-6 employees).

ROLE:

Accountable for overseeing assigned construction tasks/projects and field staff to ensure timely project completion within set budget, schedule and quality standards while adhering to standard procedures.
Assists in setting performance targets and analyzes project documents, plans, and specifications to effectively lead construction operations.
Addresses conflicts regarding project construction and personnel issues.
Manages field installations and project closures, as well as nurtures and manages customer relationships.

Qualifications:

WHAT WE SEEK

EDUCATION:High school diploma, G.E.D. holder, or equivalent education/experience.

EXPERIENCE:Four or more years of Site Leadership experience
