Your tasks:

You will lead the maintenance, modernization and renovation work on our properties in our own portfolio
You will coordinate contractors, planners and executing companies for the optimal implementation of construction and renovation measures
You will accompany your projects from the conceptual phase through the awarding of planning and construction services, take over their control and monitoring until the completion of the project with the associated acceptance and the conforming billing
You will take care of identifying and rectifying defects while preserving warranty claims
You will advise our property and asset management on solutions for modernization and maintenance measures
You will create budgets, compare offers and costs
You will document the project progress in the designated IT systems

You have a solid knowledge in the fields of architecture, engineering, construction management or similar
You preferably have professional experience in project management of modernization and renovation work
You are well-organized, able to structure yourself independently and are a responsible person
You have good communication and negotiation skills towards our customers and companies
You have English language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office knowledge
Ideally, you have industry knowledge in the real estate sector or property management
You have a high sense
