Are you a passionate construction manager? Then apply with us - we are currently looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Your tasks include project management and contract processing with construction supervision for residential projects in the Allgäu region. You will be responsible for monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality for the entire project and will be the main point of contact for planners and craftsmen. Additionally, you will be responsible for site billing and necessary correspondence in collaboration with the back office.

Requirements:

  • Training as a bricklayer, concrete worker, or carpenter with further education as a master, technician, or completed degree in civil engineering
  • Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in building construction with finishing trades (turnkey construction) is desirable, also open to junior construction managers
  • Proficient in MS Office, basic knowledge of VOB, knowledge of technical standards, and willingness to familiarize
