    Description
    Zone Business Associate at Sanofi Group in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description The ZBA will be responsible for covering a designated territory within in the United States on a short-to medium term basis (e.g. period of weeks to months) where a business need for additional coverage has been identified (e.g. due to a vacancy or for other reasons).

    Geographic flexibility is a must, as ZBAs will be expected to spend 4-5 days each week in the territory they are covering, which could be anywhere in the United States.

    The ZBA role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to hone his or her sales skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

    ZBAs will have the opportunity to travel the country and work with various members of the Sanofi commercial organization.

    The ZBA role will report to the National Commercial Excellence Lead and work under the direction of the Regional Business Director in the territory in which they are assigned.

    In this field-based, specialty sales position, the Zone Business Associate is responsible for the successful promotion of a Sanofi specialty care product in territories where additional resources/share of voice is required.

    Within a highly competitive marketplace, the ZBA will be called upon to successfully execute sales launch strategies to meet / exceed demand targets.


    Job Responsibilities:
    + Educate targeted healthcare providers on the benefits of Dupixent within assigned territory or territories + Travel to assigned territory or territories during the assigned period of coverage for 4-5 days each week + Develop and communicate deep scientific understanding the role Dupixent plays in addressing type-2 inflammation as well as the competitive products within this marketplace. + Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders within the scientific community + Develop and implement a territory specific business plan and utilize all available resources to foster a successful sales environment and deliver on business unit objectives + Effectively convey complex clinical and reimbursement product information to key stakeholders in a highly competitive marketplace + Execute a customer centric needs based selling approach with targeted Healthcare Providers + Collaborate effectively with Alliance Partners, Thought Leader Liaisons, Area Business Managers, Managed Markets, Medical Field and home office teams as required + Conduct promotional programs for professional audiences + Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
