- You will own telling the story of Resonate Church
- You will build and lead a team of marketing and communications paid staff and serve staff (volunteers) serving all ministry areas, campus teams, the executive leadership team (ELT), and the Lead Pastor.
- You will identify our target audience as a church and, for each campus, understand their traits and needs. You will use this information to create content that is believable, memorable, repeatable, and delivered at the right time.
- You will develop a strategy to effectively communicate what Resonate is doing (mission, stories, resources, activities, events) to help accomplish our overall vision and goals.
- You will oversee the strategy and execution of Resonate marketing, building the playbooks and plans, including all tactics, resources, and creative assets.
- You will work with marketing channel owners, audience-facing teams, and messaging management to boost awareness, increase engagement, and align people with Resonate's vision and mission.
- You will develop audience insights tracking, sharing key audience feedback and case studies to help marketing and messaging teams hone their parts of the overall strategy.
- You will oversee and optimize the Marketing and Communication budget to enhance its impact.
- You will familiarize yourself with and utilize the Resonate Campus Handbook and Culture Guide.
- Marketing Experience
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with proficiency in industryspecific tools and platforms.
- Marketing Expertise
- Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, traditional marketing, team development, and collaboration.
- Communication Skills
- Strong positioning and messaging skills, exceptional copywriting, and strategic storytelling abilities.
- Leadership Experience
- Proven experience in building and leading teams.
