    The Director, Payer Marketing and Relations is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy and research for all products in Global Market Access.

    This includes setting the direction of marketing strategies/tactics, developing long term strategic plans for the reimbursement of existing and pipeline products, and being a thought leader to Area teams.

    This position has knowledge of the core marketing responsibilities and key business processes, and manages those responsible for analysis, planning, and implementation of tactical plans.

    What You'll DoAssess market environment and emerging trendsEffectively manager global payer expertise to develop reimbursement strategiesIncorporates global reimbursement strategies into Global Strategic Planning and OEMDevelop global baselines of tools and resources that achieve business objectivesCollaborate with Area teams to align on business objectivesClosely monitors and reports reimbursement issues/challenges/opportunities pertaining to the access of on-market and pipeline ADC products.

    Interact with key internal stakeholders such as HEOR, Medical, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and LegalProvides strategic positioning and direction of products.

    Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional.
    Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management.


    Accountability/Scope/Budget:
    Create and implement marketing and programs that supports access and reimbursement across global markets.
    Manages budget within tolerance set by Finance.


    Required Qualifications:
    B.A. or B.S. Degree Required. MBA preferred.

    Minimum of 6 years' experience in any combination of the following areas:
    marketing, product marketing, payor/reimbursement, pricing and contracts and/or sales experienceMedical device or other pharma experience desirable. Experience in diabetes industry optimal.
    Excellent communication and analytical skills. Demonstrated experience at organizing and leading cross functional teams.

    Demonstrated track record in selecting and working with multiple vendors The base pay for this position is $164,900.00 – $329, In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
