Position Overview:

The Role


Come be a part of Pure's Global Partner Marketing Organization (GPMO) Pure Storage's GPMO has a team that manages the marketing relationships at our Partners across the globe.


In this role, you will be a stakeholder liaison to ensure national partner marketing plans are clearly communicated, and contain the right mix of activities to strengthen Pure's brand, drive partner and customer engagement, and support both pipeline and bookings growth targets.

You will be responsible for regularly measuring success to validate that the team is making the right investments to extend Pure's reach and impact in the market.

Overall, we are looking for someone to help us drive our partner marketing relationships within our top national partners. We need someone who can easily hit the ground running and has a strong commitment to operational excellence. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing.


Responsibilities:


What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of partner marketers who are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans across Pure Storage's top national channel partners in the Americas
  • Develop a comprehensive framework for joint marketing plans that include a to / with / through motion and establish clear objectives, key metrics, and outcomes
  • Collaborate / liaise with various stakeholders in partner sales, sales, marketing, programs, and enablement to develop gotomarket strategies that foster a holistic approach to building preference, mindshare, and market share with Partners
  • Align marketing plans and investments to support Pure Storage's overall business goals and market penetration opportunities
  • Guide partners in adopting and utilizing the Pure Storage MDF Portal for planning and approvals; review activity requests for compliance
  • Measure and report on key metrics and performance indicators across partner campaigns, investments, and overarching business results

Qualifications:

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years experience in a partner facing role within the tech industry and 5+ years experience working with national partners
  • Demonstrated success in creating robust, integrated campaigns that market to, with and through national partners
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross functionally with leadership, sales, partners, and field/global marketing
  • Strong communication, budget planning/optimization, and analytical skills: ability to evangelize strategic plans, make smart investments, analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Point of view on how to measure partner marketing impact and performance
  • Proactive, selfmotivated, innovative, collaborative problem solver who is willing to take calculated risks to deliver exciting programs for Partners
  • Flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, based on current guidelines and restrictions
  • An affinity for ORANGE

Pay Range:
USD $200, USD $320,000.00 /Yr
