- You will be responsible for creating, executing, and exceeding the territory sales plan in line with the corporate sales strategy and for sales of our software solutions in Eastern Canada (Ontario and Quebec).
- Territory/ Vertical/Market segment identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create qualified target accounts.
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, social network leverage, and market segment knowledge/intelligence.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated territory.
- Management of the entire sales process with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
- Engage with prospective organizations to position Bizzdesign solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, and references.
- Work closely and leverage all parts of the organization (i.e. pre-sales, services, and marketing) to manage the end-to-end sales cycle and develop and execute the sales/territory plans.
- Be innovative and develop new ideas and techniques to enable Bizzdesign to remain a market leader in Enterprise Architecture.
- Active engagement with key prospects and customers to ensure optimum visibility in the market.
- Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.
- Excellent time management to balance time between net new, expansion, and retention efforts required to meet the overall business plan for the territory.
- Regular update of the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
- Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets.
- Business and Conversational French Fluency (Highly preferred).
- You must have 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a SaaS, B2B company.
- Outgoing and energetic approach and first-class relationship management and networking skills.
- Experience in working in a remote sales team.
- Experience with methodical and strategic value-based selling and selling training and consultancy services as part of the solution.
- Experience with selling Security Architecture, Business Architecture, Process Management (BPM), and/or Enterprise Architecture solutions is a big advantage.
- Confident dealing at all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor/University degree in business, liberal arts, or technology.
