    Job Summary:

    As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements and managing audit staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio, providing expert insights and recommendations, and maintaining robust client relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead audit engagements for clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Biotech, Distribution, and more.
    • Plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that audits are completed on time and within budget.
    • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff to enhance their professional development and ensure adherence to firm standards.
    • Review audit workpapers and financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service by anticipating client needs and offering value-added services.
    • Collaborate with other managers and partners on internal audit operations and firm development initiatives.
    • Identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement in client financial processes and controls.
    • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present these to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in accounting and auditing standards.

    Qualifications:

    • CPA certification is required.
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters degree preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record in audit management.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
    • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
