- Proactively identify trends and angles for each campaign to be executed with talent and identified influencers at various campaign beats (i.e. creative content days, press days, premieres, etc.)
- Work closely with the Director & VP to be the main point of contact for internal team members (events, publicity, etc.) and external stakeholders for all things digital
- Capture content with talent while at various campaign beats tapping into trends, key marketing messaging, and any potential organic moments while on site
- Communicate with the Talent and Influencer team at home as well as the Social Creative team effectively to get all content captured at various events posted in a timely manner and rely any important updates on the ground
- Research and identify key online influencers and personalities aligned with each film initiative as well as creative concepts to be executed for each campaign
- Helps manage day to day conversations with talent reps re: all social and digital activities
- Serve as point of contact, with Director, for all global influencer marketing-related activities for both the external influencer agencies and internal departments (exhibitor, events, publicity, promotions, etc.)
- Liaise with and plan digital/social event coverage across all Warner Bros. Discovery companies as well as external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with talent and their reps, social influencers, and agencies through regular communication as it relates to the campaign
- Ensure all talent and influencer content capture opportunities are made available for international extensions including content and local market influencers to ensure the largest global footprint and broadest reach
- Read scripts and performs research to brainstorm ideas for talent executions and influencer campaign
- Communicate feedback to vendors, manage vendor relationships, and assure the campaign runs smoothly
- Ensure proper FTC compliance with influencer created content as guided by the legal team and pass the latest guidelines onto the larger digital team
- Establish and build relationships on behalf of Warner Bros.
- Potential travel on location for on-set visits, press days, experiential executions, and influencer events for direct management of influencers on location
- Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media news and competitive, relevant campaigns
- Other projects/duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
- At least four years of experience in marketing/communications, PR, or a marketing agency
- At least two years of influencer management or agency experience
- Experience in identifying and managing influencer relationships with influencers directly or with agencies
- Ability to understand the holistic marketing objective and how influencer marketing can help supplement the end goals
- Ability to adapt and shift: our business moves very quickly, the individual should be comfortable with pivoting strategies, and be able to support short turnarounds and quick deadlines
- Ability to interact and manage talent and talent representatives
- Must be able to communicate well to external parties and negotiate on behalf of company for content creation
- Problem-solver/Critical Thinker
- Expertise in creatively managing within different social platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, as well as video platforms like YouTube
- Experience in Entertainment very preferred
- Familiar with platform best practices
- Organized and detail oriented
- Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment; Must have the ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively

The Manager, Talent and Influencers will help lead the creation and management of all influencer campaigns, any and all social and digital activations with talent, and provide on-site content capture for marketing campaign events. This position will work very closely with publicity/events and legal departments.
