Fabletics is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager, Scrubs.

How Do You Fit In?

This position will report to the Director, Influencer.


What you will do:

  • Identify and build winwin, strategic relationships with social influencers; both paid and earned activity
  • Manage revenue generating, customer acquisitionoriented influencer partnerships
  • Develop and implement creative strategies and tactics to get content produced that drives traffic and results
  • Actively source and evaluate potential partners based on a number of factors including but not limited to engagement & expected clicks and sales performance
  • Work with internal legal department and influencers to negotiate and finalize contracts prioritizing brand and program needs
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed as seamlessly as possible to ensure best in class partnerships experience for managers and influencers alike
  • Optimize existing partner performance while also expanding into new influencer verticals & channels
  • Work cross functionally with the organic social, paid social & lifecycle marketing teams to leverage and amplify influencer content
  • Report on influencer performance communicating the ROI of influencer campaigns including metrics like CTR, CVR & CAC
  • Keep a pulse on the industry's innovations and best in class examples to further optimize and evolve our program
  • Effectively manage 12 junior team members and foster a healthy team environment

What you can bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business or Marketing/Communications preferred
  • 34 years related functional or technical experience in influencer campaign management with a balance of performance, creative, strategic and executional strengths.
  • Experience in managing one or more direct report(s)
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch etc.)
  • Comfortable leading the process of creative ideation and execution of campaigns
  • Ability to review campaigns and provide analytical recommendations
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns
  • Responsible for individual goals and accountable for people or project team's results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with all level team members
  • Strong skills with Microsoft office tools

Nice to have, but we will teach you:

  • Knowledge of the scrubs, medical apparel, or healthcare space
