    Description

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of complex projects in a public trust environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required standards. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people will be essential to excel in this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.
    • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate decision-making processes, and ensure action items are documented and followed up on.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring deliverables are met and contracts are adhered to.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
