Job Title:
Hospitality Construction Project Manager


Company Overview:

Our client is a leading commercial construction firm specializing in the hospitality industry. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, serve as a liaison between team members, and ensure successful project completion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain safety standards and required documentation for projects
  • Create and manage project budgets
  • Develop preconstruction RFP packages
  • Conduct project meetings and provide owner reports
  • Perform project scheduling and quality control
  • Manage the closeout process efficiently
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs
  • Supervise assistant operations support roles
  • Collaborate with project superintendent and site operations team

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma required; fouryear degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Previous project management experience with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to master sector/projectspecific software systems, including Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards
  • Mastery of reading construction drawings and interpreting updates
  • Ability to organize necessary resources to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
  • Knowledge of current market conditions, pricing conventions, and trends.
