Job Title:
Hospitality Construction Project Manager

Company Overview:

Our client is a leading commercial construction firm specializing in the hospitality industry. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, serve as a liaison between team members, and ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain safety standards and required documentation for projects
Create and manage project budgets
Develop preconstruction RFP packages
Conduct project meetings and provide owner reports
Perform project scheduling and quality control
Manage the closeout process efficiently
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs
Supervise assistant operations support roles
Collaborate with project superintendent and site operations team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma required; fouryear degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred
5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
Previous project management experience with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to master sector/projectspecific software systems, including Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards
Mastery of reading construction drawings and interpreting updates
Ability to organize necessary resources to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
Knowledge of current market conditions, pricing conventions, and trends.
