    Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

    Location: Hospital Facility- Salinas, CA 93901

    Shift: 8a-5p

    Duration: 13 weeks

    Pay: $40/hr to $42/hr based on exp.

    Duties:

    • The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for recommending, creating and executing digital communications strategies, campaigns and messaging for Client Hospital.
    • The coordinator will guide digital projects from start to finish, and manage the digital components of projects, including but not limited to websites, Client Hospital intranet, social media and email marketing.
    • The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the Director of Marketing and Communications as needed.
    • Works with the Director of Marketing and Communications to design education, outreach and marketing strategies that are culturally sensitive and effective in utilizing various platforms to reach the target audience.
    • The coordination includes but is not limited to paid advertising online, digital marketing, mobile app, website, and community events. Effective writing skills required.
    1. Facilitates and coordinates care for patients decisive to have a joint replacement surgery by systematically and continually performing the functions of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluating care according to the nursing process, in compliance with the current Joint Commission Certification and all data reporting agencies necessary to maintain certification.
    2. Assists with the development, implementation and evaluation of programs to support the goals of the Joint Replacement Program certification.
    3. Develops, manages, implements and evaluates the Joint Replacement program in coordination with the Program committee.
    4. Assists patients in understanding their treatment and assisting them in their recovery. Develops a follow-up system to provide continual support throughout recovery to improving their quality of life.
    5. Provides psychosocial and emotional support to Joint replacement patient and their family. Works closely with the medical staff in coordination of timely care.
    6. Assists in the development of appropriate educational material for patients, family, and clinical staff in collaboration with the Education Department and Joint Certification committee. Attends and participates in the Joint Certification Meetings and any other related committee/taskforce as needed.
    7. Offers pre-operative class education to prepare patients for surgery and after-care

    Skills:

    1. Manage Client Hospital digital properties and channels, including websites, email, social media, and other digital tools.
    2. Create and post digital content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms and manage the content calendar.
    3. Evaluate website information, architecture/structure, and navigation.
    4. Recommend and implement approved changes to the Client Hospital website as determined through regular site reviews.
    5. Gather and analyze data in order to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team and key organizational partners.
    6. Assist with digital brand reputation efforts to manage patient/consumer reviews on Google, Healthgrades and other third-party ratings sites.
    7. Serve as the point person for customer relationship management platforms, pull lists, reports and compile campaign tracking data.
    8. Ensure that all digital messaging is supportive of and consistent with Client Hospital marketing strategies.
    9. Help ensure consistent brand identity and design continuity across all digital properties.
    10. Track metrics, create reports and recommend digital communications strategies.
    11. Coordinate digital marketing activities with partners, vendors, and other programs and departments.
    12. Occasional availability on evenings and weekends for organizational needs.
    13. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Experience:

    • A minimum of two (2) years' experience creating and publishing content on public-facing social media, websites and other digital properties preferably in the healthcare field.
    • Documented writing and project management experience. Understanding of digital analytics, social media management tools
