    Description

    Overall shift responsibility for 24-hour secure female facility. Supervise direct care staff, implement client based programming, participate in educational groups , oversee staff documentation and supports the clients as a positive role model; serve as a liaison to external providers and the community at-large.

    Duties include, administering medications as needed, advocating for individuals and providing opportunities to optimize their independence, rehabilitation and recovery. Develop professional and supportive relationships with clients and provide informal counseling and guidance with a person-centered focus.

    Requirements

    • Minimum two years experience with the population as well supervisory experience.
    • Must have excellent oral and written communication and must be proficient in use of computers.
    • Reliable automobile and valid driver's license required.

    Starting at $20
