    Field Marketing Shift Lead (Canvassing & Tabling)

    HomeWorks Energy is looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our Marketing team as a Door to Door Canvasser and Brand Ambassador Hybrid Shift Lead. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in a thriving industry and make $25 - $35 per hour with potential earnings.     Requirements

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Capacity to inspire and guide a team
    • Keeping canvassing supervisor informed on team and individual objectives
    • Passion for energy efficiency and environmental matters
    • Able to travel to locations like North Adams, Springfield, or Pittsfield on a daily basis for canvassing
    • Available to work between 9 am - 7 pm depending on team availability
    • Tabling responsibilities will be within an hour's drive of your residence
    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team in generating qualified leads of Massachusetts residents interested in a Mass Save Home Energy Assessment through canvassing & tabling assigned door to door territories and events with your team
    • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to produce qualified leads
    • Operate a booth at designated events, trade shows, and retail venues to arrange qualified leads
    • Schedule Massachusetts residents for complimentary home energy assessments
    • Implement team strategy to create enthusiasm about the Home Energy Assessment process for potential residents
    • Obtain, retain, and enhance industry knowledge and facilitate training for staff
    • Portray HomeWorks Energy and its brand with professionalism and integrity
    • Meet and surpass lead generation targets
    • Ocasinally coordinate team commutes to and from work sites
    • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned – must act as a liaison between police departments and HomeWorks Energy

    Compensation and Benefits (available with a minimum of 30 hours per week)

    • Monday – Friday schedule with occasional weekends
