Job Summary:
The primary purpose is to lead all aspects of production scheduling / rolling year forecasting, of the plant. This includes managing the Supply Chain for Diana's Bakery including logistics, warehousing, purchasing, inventory control and customer service.

The Manager is a critical part of the Agawam facility and works closely with the other members of the leadership team as well as the other leaders and employees within each team(s) that he/she supervises.

The position will be focused on supplying information / real time data to the staff to include process efficiencies, ingredient / corrugated performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee demand planning, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
  • Utilize category management techniques to optimize sourcing strategies
  • Implement systems and tools to streamline supply chain processes

Pay:
$85, $90,000.00 per year
