- Utilizes HRIS software to execute on HR, payroll, employee benefit and daily operational task.
- Organizes hard and soft copies of employee records to ensure record compliance.
- Process documentation and prepare reports related to performance evaluations.
- Support employees with efficient problem-solving related Human Resources inquiries.
- Serves as a SME to Company Handbook and HR Policy, reinforcing policies, rules, and procedures via training to in person to ensure employee compliance.
- Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes, to include applicant process flow tracking.
- Facilitates new employee orientation and ensure on-boarding compliance thresholds are met.
- Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee-relations
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions and organization chart(s) for all positions according to HRIS output.
- Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data to present HR leadership with data-based recommendations.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and conducting investigations
- Contributes to the continual evolution of the department by offering ideas and best practices evaluations.
- Tracks and manages all employee change request and leadership follow up communications.
- Completes reporting from Paylocity system as needed for leadership.
- Analyzes the efficiency of the hiring process, HR Department and company turnover, providing supporting data.
- Conducts initial intake for employee concern or LOA request matters and communicate to HR leadership.
- Performs data entry task related to all personnel specifically related to new hire on-boarding, termination, leadership updates and benefit hour updates.
- Handles confidential information relating to employees and company.
- All other projects or tasks assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (essential).
- A minimum 2-3 years HR/Payroll specific experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation is a privately owned global leader in the manufacturing of generic drug products, over-the-counter (OTC) drug products and medical devices. Nephron's products are sterile, preservative and additive free and proudly made in the USA We are headquartered in West Columbia, South Carolina. Our location provides the ability to develop new devices and medications including respiratory therapies, ophthalmics, and injectables, for in-house or contract manufacturing opportunities. The facility utilizes completely automated manufacturing, packaging, and distribution systems, in addition to high volume and redundant utility systems, to ensure production system availability. Nephron specializes in Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) manufacturing, a niche technology that allows a vial of medication to be formed, filled and sealed in a continuous process, in a sterile, enclosed environment and without human intervention.
As an industry leader in product safety and quality, Nephron produces a variety of inhalation solutions, and has distributed over 1 billion doses of respiratory medication per year since 2009. Nephron is currently working on research and development projects that include over 50 new products. The company's longstanding relationships with major drug wholesalers allow us to distribute our products to retail pharmacies, mail order pharmacies, hospitals, home care companies, and long term care facilities. Nephron has a sales force that covers all fifty states and Puerto Rico, with additional sales channels throughout South America, the Middle East, and Europe.
