- Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall IT operations.
- Strong understanding of Agile, ITIL framework, IT service management, problem management principles, and project management methodology.
- Works as a member of the change management team, participating in CAB, incident investigations and reporting.
- Assists in Planning, developing, and organizing systems for documenting departmental projects, initiatives, and workflows to ensure consistent and efficient operation of the Administration department.
- Works in collaboration with ITS Leaders to create and maintain departmental databases; generate reports from the record keeping system for assigned areas.
- Maintains an updated vendor, contractor and supplier management system (Application/License Portfolio Management) that provides proactive license and contract renewal communications.
- Conducts research and Identify trends to generate statistical reports for planning and decision making, which include coordinating data collection and analysis, tabulating data, presenting collected information in various formats, ensuring data integrity, and make recommendations for quality and process improvement.
- Provides overall professional support to the department to achieve optimal work production across the organization, including the creation of planning documents and presentations and developing information to support institutional decision-making.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
- ITIL Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in incident investigation and reporting.
- Experience in developing and coordinating work and data flow diagrams.
- Strong understanding of IT Application/License management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodology.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and recommendation formulation.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues.

The incumbent will participate in planning, developing, and organizing systems for documenting departmental projects, initiatives, and workflows, as well as creating and maintaining departmental databases and generating reports to support planning and decision-making.The incumbent will participate in Change Advisory Board, Readiness review meetings, perform documentation of process and outcomes of each requested change. Additionally, the incumbent will conduct post incident interviews, report findings and resolution, and is responsible for performing data collection and reporting on key metrics and KPIs.
