    Summary:


    The Senior Medicaid/Medicare Reporting Analyst will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of reports in collaboration with business stakeholders across the health plan.

    This role involves automating report generation processes to facilitate the delivery of over a hundred reports and data marts.

    The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze backend data and align it with frontend processes to accurately represent PHP's work.

    Leveraging expertise in SQL, SAS, and payer-side operations, the analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing data integrity and efficiency through data engineering and robotic process automation (RPA).


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate and deliver a large suite of reports and data marts.

    Analyze backend data and align it with frontend processes to accurately represent organizational work.

    Develop a deep understanding of business processes to ensure accurate reporting and responsive updates as requirements evolve.

    Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate complex manual processes, reducing errors and improving efficiency.

    Focus on data engineering to enhance data integrity across reporting through normalization and standardization of data.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    10+ years of experience in SQL, SAS, and payer-side operations.

    Experience as a liaison between analytics operations, IT, and business units.

    Ability to provide thought leadership in analytics operations.

    Strong understanding of front-end business processes, rules, and policies.

    Proficiency in developing complex metric reports and performing quality assurance for regulatory reports.

    Experience with data validation, root cause analysis, and report scheduling.

    Familiarity with Collibra for data governance and management.

    Mentorship experience with analysts of varying levels.

    Capability to handle complex customer interactions and manage relationships effectively.


    Types of Projects:
    Direct support for Clinical Operations, requiring understanding of clinical business processes and workflows.

    Development of complex reports to support Clinical Operations workflows.

    Analysis of workflow requirements and translation into reporting specifications.

    Monitoring changes in Jiva (workflow management system) and assessing impacts on regulatory reporting.

    Coding and quality assurance of complex reports related to Clinical Operations.
