- Successful completion of an Accredited ASHP residency preferred

Position Summary
The Supervisor - Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for oversight and supervision of the daily operations of the Health System's specialty pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining efficient specialty pharmacy workflows, developing strong relationships with clinic staff, collaborating with manufacturers and payers to expand specialty pharmacy networks, maintaining accreditation standards, and developing clinical programs and operations that support all aspects of specialty pharmacy.
