Exciting opportunity Envision Physician services is hiring an Emergency Medicine Lead Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Hackensack Meridian Health at Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ

Position Profile:

• 36,000 annual patient visits
• 18 monitored beds in the main ED plus 4 crisis rooms
• 8 bed Fast Track Unit
• Advanced Practice Providers will work between the fast track and main ED
• EPIC EMR
• Affiliation with Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine provides many opportunities for growth on an academic, clinical, and administrative level

Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center, a member of Hackensack Meridian Health, has been serving Montclair and its surrounding New Jersey communities since 1891. Mountainside is designated as a Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission and The NJ State Department of Health and Senior Services and is one of only a few community hospitals licensed by the State to perform emergency cardiac angioplasty and emergency neuroendovascular procedures.
