Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Take member calls and provide member service to those calling into call center.
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating site and products and services.
Collaborate with other call center representatives to improve member service.
Deliver member services including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, transfers, advances, loan payments, check cashing and file maintenance.
Pursue and recognize opportunities to cross-sell IFCU products and services as well as open new accounts.
Perform as part of a team, assisting IFCU staff in the local as well as regional branches.
Pursue opportunities for professional growth and knowledge through training, education, and self-study.
Preferred hours of work noon to 5 pm Mon - Fri
Have good multi-tasking skills.
Have good communications skills.
Have good attendance.
Perform all member services duties as assigned.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
