    Job Title: Executive Sales Representative

    **Location:** Nesconset, NY (Remote)

    **Position Type:** Full-time

    **Job Description:**

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers within our target market. We are looking for individuals with a natural knack for connecting with the right people and closing deals.

    **Responsibilities:**

    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the designated territory.

    2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.

    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

    4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition.

    5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer satisfaction.

    6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.

    7. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and performance against established goals.

    **Qualifications:**

    1. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.

    3. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications.

    4. Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

    5. Familiarity with the electrical supply industry and the needs of large institutional clients is preferred but not required.

    6. Proficiency in Xtuple, Google Suite and CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) is an asset.

    · Has a working knowledge of the needs of Electricians and/or buyers on largescale projects.

    · Has a passion for meeting and working with people. A true extrovert that is disarming and has a gravitational pull – people want to be around this person.

    · Uncanny ability to connect with the "right" people and thrive on creating mutually beneficial partnerships at all levels.

    · Proven track record of new business development success with our buyer personas.
