We are seeking someone that is a master in sales; someone that can empathize and connect with potential clients.


We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative (Legal Intake Specialist) to join our team. Must have at least 2 years prior experience in a call center setting as a sales representative or customer service representative. We are looking for someone that can be a closer Can you help in capturing leads and closing deals? If you are confident in your ability, then this is the place for you.

The applicant must be a self-starter, driven, and organized. Also, should possess problem-solving, active-listening skills, ability to empathize with potential clients, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency required. Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of Lead Docket is a plus.


Responsibilities:

Handle all intake calls
Data entry
Help potential clients with initial questions and concerns
Adamant about following up with leads
Managing the firm's CRM
Effective client communication


Skills:
Prior sales representative or customer service experience is required
Prior call center experience is required
Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
Ability to relate and connect with potential clients
Ability to close deals
Outstanding customer service and sales skills
Excellent secretarial and organizational skills


Please note that this is a position with a base pay and commission.

Pay:
$30, $65,000.00 per year
