Inside Sales Representative positions open in their Commack, NY call center to support company growth, customer demand, and expanding territories.


Alure has been serving New York with home improvement solutions for over 75 years with coverage throughout Nassau, Suffolk and Queens.


Our call center is the engine that drives our sales. It is one of the most critical roles in our organization and is widely recognized throughout the industry as the best of the best


Enjoy our new centralized office and state-of-the-art technology as you set appointments with homeowners who are interested in a remodeling project for their homes
This position includes a base pay of $20 /hr plus a commission bonus structure with a _potential earnings of $60,000 or more a year _**_The call center hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m._

  • At least 2 years of prior appointment setting experience, telemarketing, call center experience, sales experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Highly initiative taking with ability to set and achieve personal goals.
  • Excellent relationship building and people skills.
  • High energy with a passion for engaging and persuading potential clients.
  • Education: High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls and set qualified appointments for inhome sales consultants.
  • Engage with customers who have requested more information on Alure's products & services, create urgency, and set appointments for inhome sales representatives.
  • Engage with our CRM to track customer interactions and disposition.
  • Deliver the customer an exceptional first impression.
  • Achieve goals of approximately two hundred calls per day and six set appointments per day.
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Call Center Manager.
