Reports to Director of IT

Schedule 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, as arranged with Manager; hybrid schedule

Position Summary

NCCO is looking for an individual to take responsibility for the various data interchange processes we have both internally and with third-party organizations. These data interchange processes include managed integrations on the Boomi iPaaS platform, custom processes created in-house, and EDI transmissions. This person will also be responsible for working with business leaders to develop integration into a value-added service to our customers and partners; specifically, coordinating efforts between technical resources, project management, business stakeholders, and external partners to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding and expertise of our existing integration processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the Director of IT to determine integration business needs.
Develop and maintain secure and reliable system integration solutions with an adherence to data integrity.
Monitor the performance of active integrations and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
Create and maintain documentation for stakeholders.
Participate in AI deployments & security concerns.
Support our existing EDI process in a backup capacity.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities

Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to match business needs with the appropriate resources, whether internal or external.
High-quality writing skills to produce communications to stakeholders and documentation for internal use.
Technical understanding of databases (SQL Server), APIs, and basic networking concepts.
Boomi platform experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Success Attributes

Programming experience a plus.
Time and task management skills, self-motivated.
