We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team on an exciting project with the Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) and the Department of Corrections Minncor division. As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and optimization of Epicor modules at Minncor, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various business operations.

Project Overview:

The State recently implemented Epicor Kinnetic as its new ERP system, which went live in July 2023. The goal is to optimize financial operations, reporting, general ledger closing, and reconciliation with SWIFT, the State of Minnesota's General Ledger.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the current state of Epicor ERP setup and recommend improvements since go-live.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track the assessment of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data and requirements for reporting needs.
• Manage the Epicor Issues Log, facilitating enhancements and collaborating on solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality.
• Track the creation of ongoing support and documentation to assist users during transition.
• Monitor migration process to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.
• Evaluate the success of migration against defined success criteria and prepare final project report.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in Epicor Kinetic.
• Experience with Epicor modules including Financials Core, CRM Core, Operations Core, FPA Core, and others listed above.
• Portfolio Management experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and make informed decisions.
• Ability to effectively manage and mediate stakeholder requirements and input.

Project Schedule:

Anticipated Project Start Date: May 13, 2024

Anticipated End Date: June 30, 2025

Client retains the option to extend the contract as needed.
