Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (North Austin)

We are a high volume personal injury (mostly car wreck) firm and looking to hire a new litigation attorney. This attorney will be working on a high volume docket.

This is a great long-term career opportunity with lots of potential for growth and is ideal for someone who wants to be a top level attorney.

No experience required but 1-2 years in personal injury litigation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Help resolve client issues as they arise.
Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required: JD and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
Must have valid TX driver license.
12 Years personal injury litigation experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Competencies:

Excellent research and writing skills.
Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done".
Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism.

Attorney Compensation & Benefits:

Litigation Associate I
- $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 DOE.

Bonus structure evaluation and opportunity for raises end of Q4 of 202
Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.

Path to Partnership:

Associate (46 years tenure)_

- $80, $100, Salary & Bonuses)

Paid TTLA & CATLA membership dues

Senior Associate_ (Qualifications for Consideration: 46 Years with Firm or Upperlevel management tenure)

- $125,000+ (Salary & Bonus)

- $175,000+ (Salary + Bonus)
