Required Education and Experience
- Must check off one of the following two:_
Previous experience working at a bank or other accounting-type position for at least 2 years.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Communicating with Opposing Counsel, Insurance Companies, and Health Providers;
- Verifying the total medical bills postsettlement;
- Obtaining final liens and reducing them if need be;
- Drafting disbursal documents and disbursing clients;
- Sending final closing documents to Adjusters/Opposing Counsel;
- Providing exceptional customer service;
- Inputting information into the firm's case software management, word documents, and Excel;
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:

Required: Bilingual in Spanish and English (Applicants will be screened prior to an interview. Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English.)_
- Preferred: Previous administrative or other professional office experience
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual
- Someone who can provide excellent customer service skills
- Someone who is reliable and trustworthy
- Has own transportation
- Able to meet deadlines
Compensation:
$40,000.00 to $50,000.00 depending on education and experience
