Major Job Duties
- Reviewing case facts with a supervising attorney.
- Reviewing medical bills and records.
- Drafting persuasive, detailed demand letters for injured clients.
- Drafting other documents as assigned.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy._
- Educational background or professional background in writing.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in writing.
- Two or more years of experience as a professional writer or researcher (This experience does not have to be lawrelated).
- Experience working at a personal injury law firm.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
