Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Maintains and organizes client files
- Request and maintain medical affidavits
- Request, confirm, and maintain medical records
- Drafts, prepares, reviews, and edits appropriate legal documents
- Draft correspondence to opposing counsel and to the court, as well as file documents with the courts
- Maintain complex filing system; Efiling and hard filing of documents
- Other duties as assigned
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred: Filevine Experience
- Knowledge of general office practices;
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines;
- Skilled in effective oral and written communication;
- Skilled in exercising sound judgment and effective decisionmaking;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
- $42,500.00 to $ 55,000.00 DOE
- Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
