    100% In-Office - No Remote Work Available
    Location: Weymouth, MA


    Electroswitch, located south of Boston, is looking to hire Regional Sales Managers for the New England and Chicago Sales Regions. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales efforts, administration, and managing all Manufacturing Representatives in their assigned geographical areas to support the corporation's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maximize sales resources for the assigned territory to support strategic goals and action plans.
    • Evaluate and develop the representative workforce based on product knowledge and market penetration.
    • Lead in the recruitment, selection, and training of independent manufacturer's representatives.
    • Provide technical training for representatives and customers.
    • Develop direct relationships and manage negotiation of contracts with major accounts.
    • Work with Customer Service Associates to ensure a high level of customer service.
    • Plan and schedule sales calls and trade seminars within the region.
    • Provide input for promotions, advertising programs, and product development.
    • Prepare regional sales forecasts, quarterly reviews, and budgets.
    • Travel as required 50% or more of actual days worked.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with 3-5 years of technical product sales experience.
    • This is an in-office position, no remote work allowed.
