Are you ready to join us as a Team Manager (m/f/d) Sales and take on the responsibility of building and leading your team of (Key) Account Managers?

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for building and leading your future team
  • This includes selecting new qualified team members, supporting their (further) development, and enabling them to be successful
  • You accompany your team members to strategically important customer meetings, support them in expanding customer relationships, and gradually build a customer base
  • You also acquire new strategically important customers and organize the right IT freelancers to fill your projects
  • With your analytical skills, you develop sustainable solutions/processes with team members, customers, and freelancers

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree, ideally with a focus on business administration, or a comparable education
