The Automobile Sales manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers, and closes the sale.

We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.

Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services
Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals
Audits all appraisals of tradein vehicles
Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained

Job Requirements:

Experience in Automotive Sales (3 years required)
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
Establish and maintain relationships with customers
Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
Strong computer skills
Experience in managing and organizing work time and workrelated activities
Excellent interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
