- Lead a team of engineers to design, implement, and maintain DNS, IPAM, DHCP
- Lead a team of engineers to automate across network platforms and establish best practices for configuration management and deployment
- Coach, mentor, develop, establish goals, and evaluate performance of associates
- Conduct performance appraisals, merit review, salary adjustment recommendations, corrective actions
- Able to translate requirements into actionable tasks and solutions
- Work with peers to prioritize and balance priorities and dependencies
- Mentor team members in professional and technical/functional areas
- Assist management in developing and maintaining a strategic network architecture roadmap for the organization
- Proven track record of problem solving and ability to adapt to changing technologies
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across various levels of technical understanding
- In-depth understanding of enterprise networks, campus designs, and cloud services
- Excellent ability to multi-task by balancing the delivery of multiple projects at the same time
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere and drive results
- A minimum of 3 years of DNS engineering experience and/or network automation experience
- Experience in delivery areas within automation and/or DNS and IPAM
- Strong knowledge of network automation best practices and DNS and IPAM troubleshooting methodology
- Strong understanding of Agile concepts and processes

The candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for leading a team of talented automation and DNS and IPAM network engineers to deliver world class network services to our business. The role demands excellent project management skills, great interpersonal skills, and an ability to lead cross-functional teams who always lead with "yes" when faced with challenges.
Applicants should have strong leadership and delegation skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position welcomes new supervisors who are willing to be bold, innovative, and able to look outside the status quo to help drive not only immediate assignments but also develop a strategic roadmap for the team and the services they deliver. Responsibilities include working closely with teams from across IT to align network initiatives with the collective IT strategy to ensure we are meeting business objectives.

Annual Salary
$100, $236,500.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
