- Issue and review Batch Records related to the manufacturing and packaging processes, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Take decisive actions to resolve production issues, maintaining adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Support the issuance, review, and closure of cGMP documents and manage change controls effectively.
- Conduct thorough internal audits and assist in the root cause analysis of non-conformances.
- Facilitate corrective and preventive actions, guaranteeing their effectiveness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Keep training requirements up-to-date, identifying and addressing training needs within the team.
- Ensure the successful completion of training programs and participate in scheduled training sessions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by aiming to reduce and eliminate complaints through quality assurance practices.
- Drive improvements within the area of responsibility, leveraging a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, schedules, and cost factors.
- A Bachelors degree in science or a related field is preferred, though a high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement.
- At least 4 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment, with a background in QA or Lab operations. Experience in the food industry is considered a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Bilingual abilities are highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must be available for 12-hour rotating swing shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
