- Review and assess batch records for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to GMP regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and investigate deviations from SOPs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and documented.
- Verify that all critical manufacturing and packaging processes are documented and completed correctly.
- Analyze data and calculations within batch records, ensuring they are accurate and meet specifications.
- Flag any discrepancies or potential issues in batch records for further investigation by the Quality Assurance team.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant GMP regulations and company quality procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless product release.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance batch record accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all review activities.
- Minimum high school diploma; associate's degree in a science-related field a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing or quality control environment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
