QA Specialist - GMP Batch Record Reviewer

About the Role:


As a GMP Batch Record Reviewer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and analyzing batch records for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and company procedures.

Your accuracy and attention to detail will be essential in safeguarding product quality and consumer safety.


Responsibilities:


  • Review and assess batch records for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to GMP regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify and investigate deviations from SOPs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and documented.
  • Verify that all critical manufacturing and packaging processes are documented and completed correctly.
  • Analyze data and calculations within batch records, ensuring they are accurate and meet specifications.
  • Flag any discrepancies or potential issues in batch records for further investigation by the Quality Assurance team.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant GMP regulations and company quality procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless product release.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance batch record accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all review activities.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum high school diploma; associate's degree in a sciencerelated field a plus.
  • 24 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing or quality control environment (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
